WCL S4 - Quarter Final vs Pyramid Schemers

One turn touch down!
Praag Sewers has finally experienced sweet taste of final rounds, facing Khemri team with abundant resources of mighty blow.
Praagites started receiving, excited fans got the referee and Sewers rolled two skulls at their very first roll on their 1st turn. What a start!
A touch down was scored in the 4th round and Pyramid Schemers were looking for revenge. Cherishing Praag fans caused riot, one turn was lost. The turn Schemers desperately need to equalise in the first half. What a relief!
The second half started with even bigger pressure from Schemers, they killed poor linerat, injured a couple of line skavens, KODed both blitzers and made their way to score in their 8th turn without troubles. Praagites burned all their rerolls by 3rd turn, nevertheless Khmeri players were missing tackle skill greatly, so all gutter runners remained unscratched. What is more, both blitzers came back from KOD bench.
A cunning plan was invented to score one turn touch down. The fans were obviously not aware of that and caused another riot, prolonging the game by one more turn (second riot in a favour of Praagites - they have the best fans!).
It's hard to stop already planned game tactics, so Sewers executed OTTD flawlessly, with still one turn remaining so they could enjoy fans standing ovation and Khemri fists and boots in the final turn!
What a game, Nuffle and Praag fans be praised!

WCL S4 - 8th round vs Crimson Sunz

No defense!
The eight round brought us relaxed game, Praag Sewers are already in play-off, Orcs are already out. Green creatures started with swift offense and scored early, leaving skavens a plenty of time to equalise.
Praagites were overconfident when receiving, Fungus were able to secure the ball and score their second touch down via counter strike. Harsh times for Praagites! Luckily Sewers came back and minimise the difference in their last turn.
The second half was very similar, both teams played pathetic defense, Praagites equalise again in their last turn.
Fan club of defensive BB threw a rock twice on Praag players
What a match!
P.S. Praag Seweres suffered 6 touch downs in their last two "proper" games, more than five games before. This brings some serious concern to the management.

WCL S4 - 6th round vs Greatest Khymerican Heroes

Smashed...
Overconfident team of Praag Sewers was facing dark elves, finally some change after brutal dwarfs and orcs. This change tuned out to be not a change at all as this glorious team was hammered once again!
Praag Sewers started receiving, but were not able to get any space for touch down. Elves were removing Praagites from the pitch steadily, secured the ball and scored touch down.
The second half brought sadly even bigger domination of Greatest Khymerican Heroes. What a great performance of elves and poor performance of Praag Sewers. Their biggest defeat so far.
Thrower  Crokneel Jr was sacrificed, management hopes for better matches in the following rounds.
P.S. Praag Sewers has played 5 matches at the very home pitch at AEmbletzon so far, losing all! Home pitch must somehow cursed.

WCL S4 - 5rd round vs Kenzintun Valkireez (old ed)

Play off so close...
The super team of Praag Sewers was facing Orc ladies, the first match this season, when Praagites were considered as underdogs. Statistical recap - Valkireez caused 14 casualities in the four last rounds, Seweres suffered 15 already. Everyone was expecting strict 3x Mighty Blow pest control on the pitch.
With four comrades already dead, the remaining Praag Sewers players established unions, desperately asking for safe workplace. This was gladly accepeted by management of PS, for this match only. An extra Apo and two Bloodweiser Babes were hired, spending extra 10k cash from the reserves. What a care!
Fans saw Sewers starting with kicking off and with blizzard terrorising the pitch. But what is going on? Valkireez clearly did not want to injure skavens at all, they were just rubbing Praagites fury skin and tried to hug them in maternal instinct (which cause a couple of KOds). Even when Valkireez star player Dagded was badly hurt! Had coach Frosthammer given a pills with a wrong hormones to his orc-ladies? Or have they already used all the stock from East Deutschlandia in their previous matches?
But back to the game. Rerolls were burning quickly on both sides (Praagites depleted all in the first three turns), gutter runners were harassing the orc thrower, deeply in the Valikreez's half, but any one of them was not able to pick a ball or score a TD. Valkireez were able to reach opposite half at the end of the first half, but blizzard prevent them from long pass and inevitable touch down.
Praag Sewers scored TD in the second half, with classic wing attack, despite some in accurate pass intermezzo. That was too much for fans. Just one TD and one cas in 12 turns? Fans went crazy and run to the pitch, a riot! This gave Kenzitum team another opportunity to equalize the match. Not tis time! All defence lessons payed of for Seweres, knocking off orc blitzers and securing clean sheet and important win.
Not a single casuality was caused by Valkireez, what a shame! Is Nuffle just delaying punishment on Praagites and waiting on assassins hidden steels? Let's see the next game!
P.S. In case Valkireeze used all their aggresivity pills, I am sure coach DaBlackSkull can share some!

WCL S4 - 4rd round vs Sheffield Shufflers

1st half of season done
The glorious team of Praag Sewers was facing Necromantic Horrors strengthen by Wilhelm Chaney and Bloodweiser Babe in the fourth round of WCL Season 4.
SS started receiving and were using wing to wing offensive tactic to overcome Sewers defence and scored the first touch down in the middle of the first half. Praag Sewers did not stand back, were able to KOd a couple of Shufflers (Wight did not come back till the end of game, probably fall in love with BB) and were able to equalize still in the first half.
Powered up by late touch down, Praagites started strong the second half, KOd a few more Sheffieldiens and poor Wilhelm was stuck by rock and KOd. No wonder Sewers were able to score the second touch down despite a very poor ball handling and thanks to a lot of luck. What is going on, are these rats playing 2-1 grind again?
Sheffield Shufflers manager must had a impressive speach in the short break before receiving as his players killed poor linerat Mk II+ Nuffle save me immediately after kickoff and badly hurted another one in the LOS. Velorex played an awesome match, scored two TDs, leaped to the Wight and pushed him to crowd. Bloody regeneration saved the Wight from being killed by the fans
Sheffieldiens did not have enough players to score the second TD in the remaining time, but got close to it.

The rumours are being spread that Sewers management signed the agreement with Necro-Magic-Nuffle guild and is sacrificing at least one player per match to get better dice rolls!
The easier half of the competition has finished, Sewers will be facing PMS Orc ladies in the next round. Carnage is waiting!

WCL S4 - 3rd round vs Gunners

Dwarf Crushers
Praag Sewers went to PNH lands to face the second dwarf team in their group. Their fans were not disappointed by the last defeat, caused by Khorne demi-god, and came to support their lads-rats in big numbers. Dwarf team was supported by wizard and special events. Even another wizard was hidden among dwarfs supporters.
Sewers started in defence and were prepared for another dwarf death rolling, but what a surprise! These little disgusting people were relying on passing game! Not sure if this was their cunning plan, they had stolen the wrong playbook, Play Elf magazine or they had fallen in love with elves. But such a travesty was obviously punished by Nuffle by fumble passes and failed catches, which helped Sewers to build up their score.
Praag Sewers were expecting easy 2nd half, but failed to sneak around angry Gunners who quickly secured the ball.
Gunners gave up their hopes and instead of scoring in the 13th round, they secured the ball close to touchdown zone and and least were chasing and pushing the rest of the rats. Dwarfs TD was scored in the 16th round without any issue and rat in 10 step distance.
Hittuk was able to kill dwarf Slayer in the second half and a doctor just confirmed Slayer was dead. Immediately after as revenge rat Thrower was killed. Doctor Kevorkian confirmed the death too!
P.S. Another Season 3 veteran was killed on the pitch, can any of six remaining veteran players survive to end of the season?
P.P.S. Hittuk rolled double 5, refusing MV/AV improvement.
P.P.P.S. Ryczx roled 5+6, refusing AG improvement.
P.P.P.P.S Doe this mean Nuffle is expecting them soon in his heaven team?

WCL S4 - 2nd round vs Tribute

Disillusionment
Heroic Praag Sewers team was facing their Nemesis, coach Watto and his Khorne Heralds, as they were not able to score a single TD to him in previous games.
Tribute started receiving and slowly made their way to Sewers touch down zone. Rats were able to push the ball carrier out of the pitch and were running to score a TD.
Bloodthirster stood up, blitzed the GR and the most awesome action has followed. One Pit fighter dodged to the touch down zone. 2nd Pit fight dodged, picked up the ball, made a pass and TD was scored in their 8th turn!
The second half started badly for Sewers, as they lost Re-rolls in the first half, but at last their copied Tribute and scored a touch down with long pass and heavy dodging.
Still fans were not satisfied and threw a rock on PS. Tribute started the last quarter with heavy pressure, removing most of the Sewers of the pitch, the rest of the team stayed laying down the last three rounds and Tribute scored comfortably in the last round.
As another LineRat was killed Mk II. Not touch me, Praag Sewers management has bought four new players!

WCL S4 - 1st round vs Hellmouth Demons

The opening match
WCL Season 4 was started by the famous team from WCL S3 against coach, who won that season.
Praag Sewers had cunningly skipped the WCL S3 play-off to train hard and it paid off! All worshippers of Horned Rat were dodging without even one fail plus Chords were not able to hit or injury any of Praag Sewers in the first half.
The first touchdown happened in the round 4. Later Skavens knocked down both Bullcentaurs and scored the second touchdown. What an amazing half! Truly that had to be due to blessing from Thestin Kydwarf. Or did this mighty creature cursed Hellmouth Demons?
Anyhow Sewers were aware of the last match against coach JRamsdale, when his team scored 3 TD in the second half. Luckily Vojcex played "like" Kingmaker today, dodged from 3 opposing players and scored the 3rd TD. In the rest of the match the opposing players were not able to handle the ball.
Note: Rashnak Backstabber was playing on Hellmouth Demons side, did one successfully stab and then was killed by one of young promising linerats Mk II. Kill me Gently. Another Star player who underestimated high level of this competition!
Good game, let's pray for Thestin Kydwarf blessing again!

Pre-season statement After the glorious and super-successful last season, Praag Sewers management is excited to enter with the team WCL Season 4.
The expectations are very high. Especially as Praag Sewers, pure gentlerats, was self-awarded with Velvet Gauntlet, the trophy for team caused the minimal damage to opposing players.
This team runs fast and handle the ball nicely, a primitive violence is unknown to them and what is more, the team of Praag Sewers does not need it! The team officials were the first signatures of initiative to forbid fouls and blocks on the pitch.
Fans interested in the Blood Bowl in it's original and purest form should attend and support Praag Sewers only.
The management of Praag Sewers had done awesome job again and fill up the ranks of touch down hardened veterans with promising young players.

Bye Bye Play-off!
Praag Sewers continue on their desperate run for play-off and went to distant lands of Parmelia.
Praag Sewers supporters has given already all hope and again only the last 6.000 loyal fans supported Sewers and were outnumbered more than two times by Redrummers.
Praag Sewers had deja-vu from the last time as RedruM started receiving, removing skavens by fists and shoes. This time referee appeared only once trying to reject Praag player.
Sewers has had all season issues as they only polished their opponents armour and not not causing any injuries. The second half PS were outnumber and destroyed. Even Glarts family didn't made the difference.
Desperate defeat.

Pilgrimage to Medina
Praag Sewers has forgotten how the victory tastes and went on pilgrimege to holy land of Medina to their next WCL match.
Only 6.000 Sewers fans found their way to stadium, not a surprise after the latest results.
DWL started sharp, with blocking and fouling getting 5 rats from the pitch in the first half, killing thrower (saved by Apo) and Rat Ogre Rat-o-War, who was with Praag Sewers just for two matches. The next linerat was crippled with strength and was put to sleep.
Luckily referee Mr Collina spotted several DWL fouls and keep rejecting their players after the fouls. Good man!
Outnumbered Sewers tried to score (slowly) desperately in the second half, gutter was POWed near end zone, luckily fans threw ball to the second gutter runner who score.
Pyrrhic victory!

WCL S3 - 6th round vs The Pussrots

Lethal finish!
New Praag Sewers stadium was opened with match against 2nd team in WCL. A Glart Smashrips family joined the game on Praag Sewers side.
Not a surprise, Nurgle team came with horrible deformations, Bloater looked like Black Orc, Pestigors like Dwarfs and Rotters like Humans. What a confusion!
The match started with a great fireworks (Run of unwilling flight) and 33.000 spectators could see flying Beast of Nurgle (aka Troll), not-landing, injuring + regenerating itself. Sadly this was the only casualty caused by PS.
Defence of Praag Sewers was strong the first half and team was able to score on counterattack, keeping promising lead in the end of the first half. Losing Glart Sr. and Gutter S3.
The beginning of the second half went even better, when Sewers scored second TD quickly.
That made Pussrots and their 21.000 supporters just angry and showed Praag Sewers what happens, when they play with the fire. Sadly we can't offer more detailed description, as we better do not remember the ending.

Praag Sewers finished the game with GT+linerat+2 journeyrats on the pitch.
Marketing manager responsible for organising the game was minced to the new pitch. What a mistake to invite such a strong team!
Coach Mat suffered nervous breakdown and was not seen after the defeat.
Surprisingly the match offered a lot of hand-ball actions, despite the sunny weather.

Fruitless effort or should I say premature effort to score!
Praag Sewers coach screwed the match and Praag Sewers were not able to score even a TD.
List of mistakes, coach needs to write down 100th times:
Failed to use riot at the end of the first half!
Gutter Runner slipped on GFI in the endzone, with RR!
Inception of a pass!
With Pussrots in the next round, grim matches are ahead of us.
Rat Ogre was hired!

WCL S3 - 4th round vs Grudgebearers

Second home game, second dwarves, ..., 2nd defeat!
Praag Sewers entered the pitch with extra underpants (wandering apothecary) and had the great respect to dwarves for the whole game.
That might be the reason, why 2 KOd players refused to entered the pitch on the three occasions.
Grudgebearers played tricky game, didn't make a lot of armour breakes, but when it happened, KOd/injury was guaranteed (~50%).
Sewers might had the same number of armour breaks, that was all. Were probably too scared to touch filthy runts.
To bring Nuffle favour to us again, Sewers fouled on the last turn (no luck yet), left Teshrenq dying on the pitch and sacrificed Vyctym on post-match analysis.
Plenty of positions for the new players!
P.S Earned 10k and lost 30k of gold lost due to Expensive mistakes. Crap crap, crap!
We are on the wrong side of Ponzi scheme, accountant was eaten!

WCL S3 - 3rd round vs Pigskin Runners

When Sewers has blessed dices and an opponent is using cursed dices...
Praag Sewers was worried about Astrogranite pitch and called for two Star players.
Fezglitch was just spinning around his ball, no damage, but Glart Smarship jr was a real star, sending Runners out of the pitch for the whole game.
Runners started with Blitz (and have the second one later in game), but that was all their luck. 4x or more double skulls, rock threw on Thrower, no ball handling success, nearly any armour breaks in the 1st half.
That all helps Sewers to build numerical superiority on pitch and dominate with counter offensive tactics on the 2nd half.
P.S. Whoever cursed Pigskin Runners dices, plese revert, it's not funny!

Crushed, defeated but not destroyed ... yet.
Only 6 000 spectators find their way through the gates. Probably all ale-fuelled maniacs just overdrunk, as nothing happened during kick off events.
Praag Sewers didn't exploit dwaves loner two skulls and defended with la lot of luck and sacrifices the first half as 0:0.
The second half was about dwarf's advance, as 4 rats were injured and others KO'd. 5 players didn't stop 10 dwarves and lost deservedly.
At least we practised for Astrogranite pitch for the next round!

WCL S3 - 1st round vs Gladiators
SPP harvest
Praag Sewers were strengthen by mercenary Rat Ogre (inflicted SI) and Skitter Stab Stab (interception). The whole Praag Sewers coach didn't find the way to stop elves Pass - dump-off - score strategy for the whole game.
Thanks to Lady Luck Praag Sewers were in lead to 8th round, cunning elves used Riot to score and draw the game.
Two gutter runners were injured by crowd surfing, apothecary Mr. Rat Kevorkian was in good mood this time!
