The giants turned up to the last match of the season fully expecting the spoon to be all but theirs.
The first half they got a slight Halfling advantage and kept it to 1 -1.
In the second half after a sneaky one punch attack from the Giants fans the Harlequins catcher stopped breathing and their team apothecary was busy working on a linemans broken neck after a thorough tree hugging incident.
The giants capitalised on the man advantage and scored another 2 touchdowns before the end of the match.
The third reincarnation of Halfling, Craig II deserved the MVP with 2 touchdowns but the credit went to Quarter Bark with 2 successful tree huggings.
The giants look to next season to turn some of those close losses into wins.
