Fans not happy Rat Ogre double skull T1 then triple skull T2 then some more skulls or 1s (it took Jarrord 8 dice rolls to get a result not a 1 or skull) gave the ponies the upper hand early against last year's silver medallist; the Hellpit Abominations
Turn 3-13 was a tug of war with 3-3 a piece: with both teams scoring 2TD ea scored between T3-14.
Turn 14 it was looking like a draw, until at the critical times my dice cracked their knuckles and told Jarrod to hold my drink and messed up a 3-3 scoreline to first become a 3-4. A joyful extra turn almost allowed the ponies to level but Nuffle was cruel (in the shape of 4 skilled gutter runners, a stormvermin and a lot of dodges) and the ponies coughed up a poultry 3-5.
Needless to say, the fans had enough with membership dropped and McMurty's put the line-pony with block in hospital after the game with a series of post-game implosions
Still an entertaining game and management wishes Jarrod all the best... before fleeing for their lives from an angry mob of pony fans |

Ulf is our new friend Who doesn't like a rag-to-riches story? The Superfriends loves them! Play of the game was by the Jarl's No.6 Wolf, Ulf, who caught the scattering ball, survived 2 rounds of blows by the Superfriends, escaped 3 elf caging him in and then ran off to score in the final turn. End score Superfriends 1 german beer (3TD) v Jarls 1 coke (2TD) |

Girl Power Sunday Sharing was caring with both the Superfriends and Amazon Eagle sharing the ball with each other in a cosmic display of skill and friendship
The Superfriends were so grateful that the Amazons didn't kill any ponies that Rainbow Dash, Rarity and the line-ponies had a little team strike; refused to level the score.
It took a calm breath, a few blocks, a few dodges, a kind ball bounce, a quality Applejack pick-up and pass to Little Strongheart for a final turn come-back. End score 1-1.
So exhausted and happy the ponies were that they were forgot they could have asks the Eagles for more fun game time. Instead they all enjoyed a few sparkling wines in the locker room then a girls night out where new friendship blossomed. Until next time pony-fans! |
