New Look Knights Mixing It Up When the South East Knights entered their name into the draw for the fifth season of the WCL League, a lot of people wondered who the hell they were. The Knights left no doubts and were up front and laid claim to the North Metro Tigers name, but they had relocated, and had a new outlook on Football.
Many scoffed, and said that whilst you have that coach, you will never do well. Many suspected that the Knights may be another foul train in a similar manner to the season previous, and the Coaching mantra of if it moves, foul it.
However, the Knights Mixed things up a bit today, whilst defeating the Catalina Wine Mixers, the focus was on the skill of playing the football. Sure, there were attempts to keep players down, but at the end of the day, the Touchdowns are what made the game. Including a fantastic play, the likes of which we may never see again.
Well done boys, a valiant effort, and a noble victory! May there be many more! |
