Orcs, forcs and more orcs With a clattering of bone on stone, Toulran's bones were thrown back into the crypt. "Never mind", thought Tut'chdown, the rites holding his replacement together would be stronger.
The first orcs had proven to be beatable, maybe because they were the weaker females of the species, but the second group had proven worthy opponents, and aided by a incompetent groundsman leaving the sprinklers on in the second half had proven to much to deal with.
The team shambled together for a group huddle,, determined to put in a good showing against some blood loving demons to be played next. More fool them, he thought, we dont even bleed...... |

Round 1 - grenades defused? King Tut'chdown was pleased. The first game had gone better than expected.
The Bretonians had put up a good fight, but had eventually been hit so many times by the tomb gaurdians ( and everyone else) that there just wasnt enough players on the pitch left to stop the Schemers running in a second touchdown for the win.
Annoyingly it was revealed that the ritual of binding on one of the skeletons was too weak, and despite the attentions of wandering tomb priest the bones had to be discarded.
The next game seems to against some "female" orcs. Hopefully the Schemers can keep hitting and get the win again.
Tut'chdown now headed to ancient scrolls of wisdom for some clues on how to handle these orcs.... |

WCL4 - A new threat awakens..... Dim light flooded into the tomb.
Head coach King Tut'chdown stared into the ancient space, had it been so long? A thick layer of sand covered almost everything, a few scraps of metal sticking through the only sign of things that passed long ago.
A loud scraping of stone on stone makes Tut'chdown take a few steps inthe direction of 4 large sarcophagus lined up against the back wall.
Maybe he thought. Maybe there was some fight in the old team yet....... |
